Member of the Slovak jazz association in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, music teacher (taught drums at the folk conservatory in Bratislava for 7 years and at the primary music school in Levice, Slovak Republic), and organiser of jazz concerts.

 

           

 

In 2001, the Slovak Jazz Association awarded him the Ladislav Martonik Prize for his achievements in Jazz. He is the leader of SJS - Jazz Centrum Levice, which organizes concerts for local, European, and American bands. Juraj also manages the New York group Laco Deczi and Celula and the K.L.B. trio from Hunagary.
